CARDINAL CONSTRUCTION BUILDER OF SPECTACULAR PREMIER HOMES Hello, my name is Don Ouimette and I was the Hilton Head Island "Stair Man" for the last 18 years. During that time I worked for almost all of the top builders on Hilton Head Island. I have built some of the most difficult and most beautiful stairs on Hilton Head Island. Over the past couple of years I have developed a street named Weaver Common (biblical) and really enjoyed building the house and developing the property. So now I am offering to build you the same house with a few modifications at a set price! After being in the industry for so long and working in higher end homes a lot of the features of my homes are standard, whereas other builders charge you each time they upgrade. To try and build a low end house, I just cannot do it. With all the experience and beliefs in the home building industry I am only building one model and building that one model very well and at a very competitive price.
